How It Works

DMCA Takedown Process

Submit Notice

Send a complete DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with all required information listed below.

Review Process

We review your notice within 24-48 hours to verify it meets legal requirements and contains sufficient information.

Action Taken

If valid, we disable access to the infringing content and notify the uploader of the takedown.

Counter-Notice

The uploader may submit a counter-notice. If valid, content may be restored after 10-14 business days unless you file legal action.

Required Information

Your DMCA takedown notice must include the following information to be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Your physical or electronic signature

2

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

3

Identification of the material to be removed with sufficient detail to locate it (URLs, track IDs, etc.)

Your contact information (address, phone number, email)

5

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Warning: False Claims Are Illegal

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Only submit a DMCA notice if you have a good faith belief that the material infringes your copyright.
